As an Executive Director in HR Data & Analytics, you will be at the forefront of our workforce data strategy, analytics and reporting.
This role is pivotal in not only managing operational reporting, but also providing in-depth analysis of employee conduct issues.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying the nature and causes of these issues, as well recommending both immediate and strategic actions to mitigate risks.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the data analysis and reporting on employee conduct issues.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models to identify trends and root causes of employee relations incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations and deliver operational updates on functional health including emerging issues and root cause.
- Provide critical reporting for regulatory and legal inquiries including standardized reporting and various ad-hoc inquiries
- Recommend both individual and structural actions to reduce the risk of employee conduct issues.
- Partner with Employee Relations management, investigators, and operations staff in both Employee Relations and lines of business to gather insights and integrate data-driven strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts and specialists. Partner with other data science experts on proposed model recommendations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, HR, or related field.
- Proven track record in strategic data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of risk management principles and their application in a corporate setting.
Proffered qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within an HR, Employee Relations or Risk Management context.
