Job Summary : The Ticket Scanning Assistant Manager assists in providing leadership and oversees the daily operations of the Ticket Scanners while focusing on the guest experience, accuracy, and efficiency of ticket checking processes.

Oversees and directs the work of supervisors and scanners. This position works closely with the ticket and season pass department.

Applicants must be 18 years of age.The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel.

other duties may be assigned : Assists with overseeing the daily operations for all aspects of the Ticket Scanning department.

Assists with hiring, training, and providing coaching as needed to create a high-performing team. Work with managers and supervisors to identify ways to make operations more efficient and effective : Identify areas of improvement and associated resources needed.

Develop plans to implement the improvements. Oversee implementations as needed.Assist in ensuring proper controls are in place to ensure accuracy and reduce the opportunity for fraud.

Protect the value of guests' tickets / passes and the company against fraudulent use.Conduct meetings with the team to ensure they have the appropriate tools and information to do their job.

Support all corporate visions, goals, and objectives. Work with the Ticket Scanning Management to implement plans to support these goals to ensure increased profitability for the operations.

Attend and participate in regular meetings with the Management team.Assist departments within the Resort Activity, Sales, & Service Department with daily operations as needed to elevate the overall guest experience.

Competencies and Job Requirements : Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with othersStrong knowledge of computers including MS Office and RTP.
