Description
Manage all aspects of commercial floor covering projects :
- Track and manage all project paperwork including all subcontractors, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc
- Ensure that all work is performed according to company standards and within the time frame allotted
- Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and safety measures
- Work closely with the client to ensure that all project goals are met

- Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the forefront of each project
Profile
The Project Manager will have :
- 7+ years of previous relevant flooring project management experience
- Prior experience working with large Boston-based commercial GCs
- Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Exel + Word
- OSHA-Certified (understanding of OSHA regulations + safety measures)
- Comfortable with both on-site + in-office settings
