- Full-Time / Permanent position Your exact schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview You will be providing patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling / education, family planning, and well-women exams Handles prescription needs, provides advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care Orders and interprets patient care tests, treatments and exams There is a strong support staff of MD's and APP's on-site The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in primary care with some AZ license must be in hand Group offers a competitive salary ( DOE), License and Malpractice fees paid, CME reimbursement, life insurance, long term Disability, Medical beneftis, 401(k) with immediate vesting and company match, up to 4%
