• Special Requirements : We are a free standing outpatient facility. We see patients one on one. We schedule 60 min for evals.

Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances. We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro.

We have a pelvic health therapist, 2 lymphedema therapists, an LSVT program, chronic pain therapist, vestibular therapist.

We see a variety of diagnoses. We have an ortho MD office at Christian that refers us most of our ortho patients. We have PT's, PTA's, OT's, and SLP.

Some multidisciplinary patients. Therapist will receive Epic training during orientation.

We block 14 evals per week in each therapists schedule, the rest are treats. There will be chart review time twice a day for 30 min for 8 hour days, and 3 times per day for 30 min for 10 hour days.
