Signals is a fast-growing Utah tech company building AI Cloud Employees that help teams move faster. We are scaling quickly and need an Event Experience Manager who can bring world-class polish and creativity to our corporate events.

If you have mastered the art of crafting unforgettable weddings, luxury galas, or high-end social events, and you are ready to bring that expertise into the corporate world, this role is designed for you.

What Youll Do

Plan and Execute Corporate Events

Lead logistics for customer dinners, workshops, conferences, trade shows, and VIP experiences.

Manage everything from catering and dcor to run-of-show, timelines, and on-site execution.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

Elevate every detail of our events to feel thoughtful, elegant, and memorable, just like your best wedding work.

Anticipate needs and solve problems before they appear, ensuring seamless flow and flawless presentation.

Support Brand and Marketing Initiatives

Coordinate pre- and post-event communications, email campaigns, and RSVPs.

Manage event platforms such as Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Salesforce and sync data for lead tracking.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure events drive measurable business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with executives, sales, and creative teams to align events with company strategy and brand goals.

Assist with internal events such as company celebrations, offsites, and product launches.

Measure and Improve Impact

Track metrics including attendance, satisfaction, and engagement.

Provide post-event insights and recommendations to continuously improve event ROI and guest experience.

Who You Are

5 or more years of professional event planning experience, ideally weddings, galas, or hospitality.

Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, dcor, catering, and budgets.

Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.

Confident juggling multiple deadlines in fast-moving environments.

Eager to transition from personal or social events into corporate event strategy.

Creative, calm under pressure, and skilled at translating emotional experiences into business impact.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.

Prior exposure to B2B or SaaS events.

Experience analyzing event data or generating reports.
