NeuWave Medical, a division of Ethicon, LLC and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Clinical Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR.

Position Expectations :
As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical procedure support, product education, technical assistance, and exceptional customer service to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
Your responsibilities will include :
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, driving the utilization of NeuWave systems and probes by creating competent and confident clinical champions.
Assisting physicians and clinical staff by offering procedural support and serving as a technical consultant to enhance their competence and confidence in using our products.
Identifying and acting on educational opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing technically complex case support.
Reporting any complaints or technical issues in a timely and accurate manner, and serving as a liaison between customers and corporate office for peer review.
Collaborating with peers to develop strategic partnerships and meet account development objectives.
Developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge on NeuWave products, and delivering fellow / physician education programs.
Creating and coordinating educational events for professionals in different markets, making use of available tools and resources.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Manager, Strategic Customers, and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering market-leading innovations worldwide.
By successfully implementing our products and providing exceptional customer support, you will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact in the field of medical technology.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant clinical credentials. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology, CT / MRI Imaging, Interventional Oncology, or medical device sales.
Ability to work in all departments of the hospital, including the Operating Room and Interventional Radiology.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight travel.
Ability to work remotely, providing virtual support to customers through various virtual platforms (Mobile, Team's, Zoom, and Telementoring Platforms).
In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred :
Experience with interventional ablative modalities such as Microwave, Cryoablation, and Radiofrequency Ablation.
Proficiency in reading and understanding CT, MRI, and Ultrasound Imaging.
Strong clinical understanding of Cancer Disease States, Treatment Options, and Treatment Guidelines.
