Base pay range

$190,000.00 / yr - $240,000.00 / yr

A leading national labor and employment law firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Associate for their Dallas office. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex employment litigation matters, engage directly with clients, and play a vital role in case strategy and execution. They are looking for a proactive and driven attorney ready to contribute to a collaborative team and advance their career in a highly respected firm.

Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation cases independently, including trial and arbitration matters
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, and prepare and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Engage in client-facing work, providing guidance on discrimination cases, restrictive covenant issues, and day-to-day employment law challenges
• Collaborate with multiple partners on diverse cases
• Maintain 2,000 billable hours annually
