Job Description : Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms, ensuring immediate intervention and treatment when necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff.
