- Assist patients in performing activities of all types, focusing on those that are required for the patient to regain or maintain independence in daily living skills.
- Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team to plan and execute individualized therapy programs.- Document treatment interventions and patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Participate in team meetings to discuss patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Support holiday coverage as required.- Complete a non-billable orientation session of 4 hours to understand the facility's protocols and procedures.
