We are seeking a versatile and reliable Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires flexibility to cover call-offs in various locations.
When not covering call-offs, the Support Specialist will be trained to handle special projects ranging from general floor work to Special projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide coverage for team members who call off, ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include :
o Floor work (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)
o Construction clean-up and related projects
- Adapt quickly to different tasks and locations as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of work quality and professionalism.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple functions within the organization to assist in various roles as needed.
Requirements :
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to travel to various locations on short notice.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
