Required Certifications BLS CST- national cert not required- must be registered with Washington State. Graduate of an accredited school.
Experience or 'Must have' skills Scrubbing- one year of experience.
ENT (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue - thyroid / parathyroid.
Davinci XI experience required (Gyn, Uro, General). (updates per manager / Ally 2.14.24 / KB)
