Partner Marketing Program Manager
Our client is looking for a Partner Marketing Program Manager to support programs and operational processes that allows them to support the team who are developing and executing marketing plans with their Partners so they can reach target accounts, generate MQLs, and increase pipeline contribution across Partner-Led activities.
This person is highly organized and can do the hands-on work of managing logistics and details for projects and programs taking place in person or virtually.

In this role, the Partner Marketing Program Manager will :
- Supports a team of AMS marketers who cover our National partners with tactical-oriented tasks to drive growth; this includes :
- Creating campaign codes and uploading leads to salesforce
- Maintaining team documentation which includes, but is not limited to, updating internal decks, smartsheets, team trackers, etc
- Executes program and event logistics
- Manages vendor logistics and shipping
- Be responsible for creating, running and managing Partner programs that drive pipeline; programs should be fully integrated and must include creative, content, social, live and virtual events
- Be responsible for metrics, reporting, and tracking for all Programs
- Build a communications calendar for all programs and curate internal and external facing content to keep Partners and Puritans informed
- Track Partner adoption, KPIs, and progress; make recommendations as needed
- Execute of general administrative tasks & assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
- Supports our Sr. Director of Global Partner Marketing with tasks that help the entire team to be successful
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Detail-oriented / organized
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Openness to direction and feedback
- A self-starter with a mindset for professional growth and continuous learning
- Experience using Google Workspace and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Availability to travel up to 10%, based on current guidelines and restrictions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

Compensation : $23.44 - $31.25 per hour
