Elite Sourcing LLC is a reputable and fast-growing accounting firm looking to hire a skilled Tax Manager to join our team.
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop tax strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
- Review and analyze client tax returns and financial statements
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
