As a school based Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our students by promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Position : W2 Contract
EmploymentType : Full-time hours : 40
Caseload : K-12th gradecaseloads available
Responsibilities :
- Conducting assessments to identify motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for students.
- Providing direct therapy sessions and interventions to improve students' motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing expertise to the development of effective plans.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Benefits :
