Wage : $18.00 / hour

To celebrate your successful completion of our Caregiver In Training program, you will be promoted to Caregiver with an increase in compensation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Learning to provide caregiving services to a group of residents in assisted living and / or memory care including exceptional ADL assistance.
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities and outings.
• Learning to provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care & mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.

GROWTH POTENTIAL

The position of Caregiver In Training is intended to provide initial training and orientation while sharpening your skills to be a Caregiver.

Employees hired into this position will learn to provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, proper body mechanics and safety techniques while providing physical support, and will learn to work as part of a team in a professional environment.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Demonstrates a growth mindset
