Responsibilities Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management much like running a successful restaurant Take ownership of team, office, and client outcomes Interviewing and onboarding staff Develop and mentor new employees Qualifications High School Diploma / GED 1 to 3 years of management or leadership experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills People in the following industries have transitioned into this role with remarkable success : restaurants, high end retail, and hospitality.
