Property Claims Adjuster
Job Responsibilities :
- Investigate, process and resolve first party property insurance claims
- Prompt communication with policyholders, agents and other involved parties
- Travel to claim sites as needed
- Read, interpret and apply insurance policy language to reported loss
- Independently document and maintain accurate records, reports and other information related to the claims handling process
- Adapt to and utilize technology

Experience :
- Construction background and / or prior insurance experience is a plus!
- Ability to work both as a member of a team and independently within granted authority
- Bi-lingual is a plus! (Spanish)
Requirements :
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must use own vehicle
- Must have home office space
- Must live in Northern Tier of PA or Southern Tier of NY
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical / Trade school certification or college degree preferred.
