Our company is seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and obtaining influencers over existing and emerging platforms for our paid ads, content team.
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and creating client relationships, have a strong eye for detail, and have a passion for paid, influencer marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Leads in day-to-day account management tasks, including client conversations, reviewing influencer trackers, reports, recaps, filing images, social content, call agendas, etc.
- Influencer and Testimonial Outreach : Sourcing and outreach for UGC and Inno Supps customer database, setting up and conducting virtual and in person interviews for UGC and real Inno Supps customers and transformation stories.
- Crafting Influencer Campaigns : Assists the Content Director in the ideation of comprehensive influencer campaigns that align with client objectives and KPIs, while taking ownership of smaller activations and plans within the campaign framework.
- Creative Brief Management : Working closely with the Content Director managing the development of UGC and customer creative briefs for photo / video shoots.
- Campaign Evaluation : Develops recap materials post-campaign to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and other performance metrics.
- Build & Maintain Lasting Relationships : Cultivates and maintains genuine relationships with UGC clients, Inno Supps customers, and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect.
- Other duties as appropriately assigned.
Requirements :
- 2+ years experience working on paid influencer marketing campaigns (entertainment, retail / consumer brands, preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Creative and adept at brainstorming unique activations across every brand category, both niche and broad
- Expert at researching and recommending diverse, but equally relevant, influencers for a campaign.
- Ability to draft contracts and negotiate fees and other contract terms with talent / talent managers.
- Reliable and self-sufficient with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
