• 1 : 1 patient care
• Working with pediatric / adult patients with g-tube, trach, and / or ventilator
• Documenting electronically
• Patient assessments
• In-person
• Developing meaningful long-term relationships
• Scheduling options (depending on location) : *
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

• Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications*
• IL LPN license*
• Maintains a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
