Account Manager, Indonesia

A company is looking for an Account Manager for the Scibids AI business in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate the Scibids AI value proposition and manage client campaigns to optimize goals

Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and lead pilot review sessions to demonstrate ROI

Partner with clients' trading teams to strategize and grow existing business while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced mathematics studies or a math major preferred

2-4+ years of experience in campaign management, programmatic trading, or customer success in the programmatic space

Strong experience in DSP campaign management and familiarity with at least two DSPs like DV360 or The Trade Desk

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate accountability in client relationships

Self-sufficient and autonomous mindset, as this is a remote role
