Project Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our cabinet product line serving the specialty vehicle and service / work van market. This role blends sales leadership, product expertise, and market insight. As the face of this product category, you'll strengthen customer relationships, drive new business, and lead successful product launches that meet evolving industry needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cabinet product line in the specialty vehicle and service / work van market.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage projects from inception through to completion.
  • Manage a team of 2, ensuring effective project coordination and execution.
  • Lead successful product launches that align with evolving industry needs.

Essential Skills

  • Project management experience.
  • Project coordination capabilities.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Experience managing a cabinet product line.

  • Experience or interest in the automotive industry.
  • Mechanical skills or enthusiasm for cars.

    • Work Environment

    The role is based in an office setting where you will manage the customers and team associated with the cabinet product line. You'll be part of a company with a unique product line and a great company feel, experiencing growth with a brand-new manufacturing plant built nearby for the corporate office.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Schofield, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
