Full time Medical Director - Urgently Hiring 30K Sign-On Bonus, Highly competitive Base salary (up to $170k) - St. Cloud, MN
We are looking for a full-time Medical Director to join our team at our animal hospital in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be a licensed veterinarian in the state of Minnesota, and have at least 3 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian.
The Medical Director will be responsible for the overall medical care of our patients, including providing medical diagnoses, treatments, and surgeries.
They will also be responsible for managing the hospital's medical staff, developing and implementing medical policies and procedures, and ensuring the hospital meets all regulatory requirements.
The Medical Director will be a key member of our team and will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and ensuring the hospital runs smoothly.
They will be a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide medical diagnoses, treatments, and surgeries for animals
- Manage the hospital's medical staff
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
- Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent patient care
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications :
- Licensed veterinarian in the state of Minnesota
- At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
