Vail Valley & Glenwood Springs, CO Pay : From $80,000 per year + bonus / commission opportunities Full-Time | In-Person

• Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the transition from sales to production, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time. This role works closely with general contractors, property managers, and internal teams to keep jobs on track, manage communication, and uphold the highest quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities – Project Manager
• Review upcoming projects and develop clear execution plans and schedules
• Actively communicate project timing, expectations, and updates with customers and internal teams
• Manage materials, documentation, and follow-up to ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and achieve desired results
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with leadership to support continuous improvement
• Qualifications – Project Manager
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (HVAC / plumbing industry preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in the plumbing and / or HVAC industry (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow in the HVAC / plumbing industries
• Ability to deliver clear presentations and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to regularly visit job sites and walk construction areas
• Comfortable working in a variety of conditions as needed for project oversight
