We are looking to hire a Software Engineer in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of crucial elements of our software platform.
This role is integral to our cross-functional teams, helping to define and design new features, ensuring the performance and quality of our applications, and identifying and resolving any issues.
Responsibilities :
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of key components of our software platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
- Assisting with maintaining code quality, organization, and automation processes.
- Mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to improve team practices.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and applying best practices within the context of the product.
- Working closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of product roadmaps.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of our system architecture.
- Developing skills in API Development, ASP.NET, .NET, .NET Framework, Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD), Agile SDLC, SDLC Methodology, C Sharp Programming (C#), C# - Sharp.
- Proven experience in API Development
- Proficiency in ASP.NET
- Strong understanding of .NET and .NET Framework
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD)
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC and SDLC Methodology
- Expertise in C Sharp Programming (C#)
- Ability to program in C# - Sharp
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Attention to detail to design and debug software systems
- Understanding of the latest software engineering trends, development tools, and best practices
