Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Facility Maintenance Technician), your role will involve supporting the maintenance needs of the plant, including the building, equipment, and grounds.
You'll plan and perform operations to install and maintain heavy-duty machinery, engage in building repairs, diagnose and repair machine malfunctions, and oversee work projects.

Qualifications
- Education equivalent to vocational or high school graduate plus completion of a formal accredited Journeyman apprenticeship or an equivalent trades training program.
- Up to three years of diversified experience in millwrighting and rigging.
- Ability to read and interpret technical periodicals, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and basic computer skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to drive a forklift (training and certification will be provided).
