Vice President Service Delivery

As the Vice President of Service Delivery, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping and executing our client engagement strategy.

Leveraging your expertise in client management and consulting, you will drive the successful delivery of solutions that address our client's most pressing challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand our client portfolio, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning : Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for client engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Service Delivery Excellence : Oversee the delivery of consulting services to clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership : Provide inspirational leadership to a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in client services or consulting roles, with extensive experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex, multi-dimensional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the consulting sector.
