A hospital in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with a strong focus on individualized treatment and patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and homemaking
- Support perceptual skills including visual-perceptual coordination and spatial awareness
- Deliver physical therapy for ROM, muscle strength, balance, and hand function
- Address cognitive abilities including planning, concentration, and judgment
- Evaluate patient condition, family support, and home environment to determine care needs and resources
- Develop individualized therapy plans using assessment data and patient input
- Consult with physicians and obtain consent for treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by the physician
- Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Rehabilitation Services Director
Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programMinimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational TherapistExperience working with pediatric patientsPreferred Qualifications :
