Client Development : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through prospecting, calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Technology Solutions : Evaluate and address clients' technology issues with appropriate solutions. Account Management : Oversee client accounts from prospecting to billing and renewals, ensuring their business growth.
Partner Relationships : Develop strong relationships with manufacturing and distribution partners. Continuous Learning : Attend training and complete certifications to enhance your technical knowledge.
Sales Process Expertise : Utilize and understand sales processes and supplier programs. CRM Management : Ensure precise data management in CRM systems.
Travel : Be open to travel as needed. Skills and Experience IT Sales Experience : 3 Previous years of experience in selling IT products and services, with a preference for value-added reseller (VAR) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience.
Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of IT infrastructure and industry products such as HP, Dell, EMC, VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple, etc.
Proven Success : Demonstrated track record of acquiring new business. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently with a strong drive for financial success.
Technical Communication : Clear communication skills in a technical environment. Additional Qualities Continuous Learner : Eager to learn and understand technology and business.
Effective Communicator : Capable of explaining complex technical matters clearly. Relationship Builder : Able to build trusting and collaborative partnerships.
