How you’ll spend your day :
- Overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from inception to completion, including developing scope, schedule, budgets and project plans
- Presenting design concepts and project updates to all stakeholders
- Managing all documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, design specifications to meet codes and regulations
- Maintaining project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues effectively
- Working collaboratively with your team, ensuring every detail is taken care of driving each toward on-time delivery
- Growing professionally through project experience and continuing education / certifications
- Be the go-to for Interiors with a keen eye for design and technically astute with modern tools
- Nurturing your network for new projects and building new relationships for our future business development and networking with your existing connections
- Jumping in wherever you can to help bring our projects to life!
Qualifications
What you bring to the table :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design and at least 10 years of professional experience with an architectural firm and 5+ years of recent experience in a project management role
- Technologically savvy with an advanced level of hands-on competency with REVIT
- Ability to apply architectural design principles to a wide variety of commercial and multi-family projects
- Nimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to identify potential issues and respond proactively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills comfortable presenting design concepts and project updates to clients
- Naturally gifted leadership you love growing younger professionals through mentorship, coaching, and setting the example for excellence
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally assembling architectural deliverables and resolving project issues
Additional Information
