Senior Project Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting for mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for large-scale construction projects and a strong understanding of the electrical trade, preferably within IBEW or other union environments. This role will partner closely with Group Presidents, VP's and Directors to forecast needs, source talent, and ensure workforce demands are met for data center builds across the region.
