Job Requirements : Title : RN Critical Care Float Pool*Minimum Experience : 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted*Patient Population : Adults to Geriatrics*Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIH*General Skills and Work Setting Requirements : All Protentional MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses.
Primary floating required is ICU Float but could float to all MS, MS / Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospital*Ratio / Census : 1 : 2-3 ICU;
1 : 4-5 PCU; 1 : 5-6 MS, MS Tele*Unit Systems : Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR*Scrub Color : Navy Blue*Weekends : Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract)*Floating : RequiredBenefits
