Director, Digital Marketing
Responsibilities
- Manage Qualys's paid advertising campaigns in search engines and social media platforms.
- Convert Qualys value propositions to different audiences into highly converting ad concepts.
- Improve and maintain a coherent paid advertising strategy that keeps a balance between experimental and battle-tested campaigns.
- Budget planning, campaign creation, and optimization across digital marketing channels : Google ads, Paid Social, Video ads, App review platforms.
- Identify channels for and improve campaign performance by optimizing campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and running A / B tests.
Who We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience with Meta, Google, and Microsoft advertising tools, programmatic advertising.
- 3-5 years of people management experience.
- Ability to write high-quality content for awareness and acquisition ads.
- Data-centric approach to work : you optimize campaigns based on numbers and facts.
- Willingness to research and learn new advertising tools.
- Result-driven and resilient with a proven track record in performance marketing.
- Analytical and data-driven marketer capable of building performance marketing analytics and metrics.
- Understanding of the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Great communication and knowledge transfer skills.
- Adventurous attitude : at its core, Qualys is a fast-moving organization. Plans and focus might change from time to time.
Annual Salary Guidelines : $145,000 - $190,000
