If so, then this opportunity might be for you. We want you to be curious and ask what if? ResponsibilitiesIdentity data management experience that includes provisioning, identity syncing, attribute schemas and databases.

Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS.Analyze, enhance, and support the security posture of a highly complex, enterprise level authentication environment in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted configuration.

Leverage cloud native services to modernize and automate operational processesTranslate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.

Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidentsDevelop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platformsDevelop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentationAnalyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)At least 2 years of experience with identity data management platformsAt least 2 years of people management experiencePreferred Qualifications : Master's Degree4+ years of experience in at least one of the following : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or another cloud service4+ years of experience in open source frameworks2+ years of people management experience2+ years of experience in Agile practicesAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.
