Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care.

Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.

Job Summary

Provides quality, cost-effective inpatient / outpatient care for patients / families and / or others in a target population across the continuum of care by assuring access, providing assessment, coordinating required resources, and partnering with health care team members.

By utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills, focuses on providing the appropriate service in the most cost-effective formula to assure that the patient, provider, payor and health organization's goals are met.

Reports to Unit Manager / Program Manager.

Qualifications

  • CT Licensed MSW
  • Master's degree with current Connecticut certification as an Alcohol / Drug Counselor (CADC) required
  • All are expected to be in the process of perusing licensure per credentialing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates competencies, including knowledge and behaviors, to meet age specific patient needs.
  • Bilingual preferred.
