• Work Schedule : This is a year long opening (option to continue up to 4 years). They require 1 year commitment.

Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30pm Outpatient

• Staff Information : Psychologist and LCSW on staff
• Patient Information : 12-14 per day -1 hour with new patient visit AND 30 min with follow up visits
• Requirements to apply : -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
• Names / numbers of 3 references
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must have worked within the last 6 months
• Pay Information : $200 / hr. 1099 W-2 350k with benefits

No Holiday Pay or overtime rates - note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason w / o penalty)
