Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team and play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals! This is a highly visible position that will partner closely with leadership to strengthen our culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

Base pay range

$85,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, balancing both strategic initiatives and hands-on support. Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing guidance to managers on personnel practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Leading employee relations investigations (EEOC, ADA, Wage & Hour, Harassment, Discrimination, etc.) with fair, compliant, and timely resolutions
  • Driving engagement by facilitating new hire orientation, open enrollment, recognition programs, and employee events
  • Partnering with leadership to analyze turnover trends and implement effective retention strategies
  • Supporting organizational development initiatives and coaching leaders through action planning and employee engagement survey results
  • Collaborating with Total Rewards and Safety on workers' comp, unemployment claims, ADA accommodations, and recognition programs
  • Maintaining HR compliance through internal audits, quality control, and response to external audits or claims
  • Designing tools, resources, and metrics to measure HR program effectiveness and strengthen organizational efficiency
  • Building a positive work environment through clear communication, team-building, and proactive employee support

What You'll Bring

  • Experience
  • 7+ years in Human Resources and employee relations within manufacturing and warehouse environments, with proven success in Workers' Compensation, ADA, and unemployment claims

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field

  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills

  • Personal Strengths
  • Strong communicator, collaborative problem solver, and a proactive partner to leadership at all levels
