Pharmacist needed asapBachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy requiredo RPH certification from the state of Texas requiredo 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred)o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred"Required- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy OrPh.

D. Pharm. D. degree"Required- RPH - Pharmacist State of Texas"The pharmacist in this role shall be a licensed practitioner who holds a valid, unrestricted license to conduct clinical activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required

o RPH certification from the state of Texas required

o 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred)

o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred
