Exciting Opportunity for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Provo, UT!

Position Details :
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts only.
- Setting : Residential treatment center for adolescent boys and girls aged -.
- Location : Springville Campus.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, intakes, treatment planning, follow-ups, and discharges for assigned patients.
- Oversee psychiatric functions of the school and provide psychopharmacological therapy.
- Conduct individual adolescent and family therapy sessions as required.
- Complete patient documentation and notes in accordance with company policy.

Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications :
- NP / APRN / PA degree from an accredited program. Post-Masters PMHNP certification.
- Current Utah APRN license or ability to obtain.
