job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, contractors, and / or visitors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences at the front desk. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities. Operate security-related equipment such as access control systems, visitor management systems, and communication devices as required. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Desk & Lobby Patrol
As a Security Professional - Desk & Lobby Patrol in Springfield, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
