SUMMARY OF POSITION : n n n

n n Responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services for patients through efficient and effective planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of material and human resources. n n

n n MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) : n n

• n Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required. n
• n Five (5) years clinical experience required. n
• n Progressive leadership experience required. n
• n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. n
