The Red Hat Worldwide Cloud Programs team is looking for a Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager to join us. As a member of the Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Program (CCSP) team, you will manage technical enablement for both internal Red Hat sellers and Red Hat global cloud partners.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, product architectures, videos, how-to’s for Day 1-30, to accelerate partners’ implementations of Red Hat Solutions.

Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our product business units, engineering and Red Hat training teams to enable internal Red Hat sellers who work directly with our cloud partners and the wider ecosystem.

What you will do + Create and maintain quarterly releases of the CCSP technical and program guides. + Prepare internal technical sales and partner presentations representing Red Hat solutions and show how Red Hat cloud partners benefit from partnering with Red Hat.

  • Solicit feedback from Red Hat internal teams and partners on Red Hat product implementations, partner requirements and portfolio adoption.
  • Participate in technical partner meetings and serve as a cloud subject matter expert. + Provide the wider team and management with data analysis on product adoption across the CCSP ecosystem, with recommendations to accelerate business (globally).
  • Maintain technical knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio, including current product functionality. Working with each business unit, be the subject matter expert for the partner team in preparing technical architectures, partner presentations, demos, how-to videos, white papers and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the technical sales strategists working with the top global cloud providers. + Collaborate with the technical sales leaders working with Red Hat’s regional cloud and managed service providers.
  • Review cloud computing, Kubernetes and containers related news articles, blogs, publications, research notes from industry analysts, media, and competition.
  • Provide the Red Hat Cloud Partner managers and executives with recommendations on accelerating revenue growth through and with our partners.

What you will bring + A bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering, engineering management or related field and 5+ years of experience in the job offered.

  • The position requires working knowledge of public cloud; experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
  • The following skills gained through coursework or experience : building and producing technical marketing materials for partner enablement;
  • internal technical sales enablement; building messaging and positioning for products; creating demos and technical architectures;

and understanding functional product requirements for partners. + Must have working knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes. + Prior experience working within a partner ecosystem is preferred.

Willingness to participate in up to 30% domestic travel required to conferences, client meetings and internal company meetings, following Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines;

travel expenses covered by Red Hat, Inc. The salary range for this position is $119,770.00 - $197,650.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity.

Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and / or equity.

For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
