  • Drive Results : Maximize opportunities for private and semi-private events, uphold brand standards (freshness, quality, and service), and ensure operational excellence daily with an ability to understand how to maximize unit financial performance.

To thrive in the role of Director of Operations at F1 Arcade, you'll need a proven track record of excellence in high-volume ($10MM+) restaurant or entertainment management, ideally spanning over three years.

Your ability to inspire and manage teams, delegate effectively, and cultivate strong interpersonal connections will set you apart.

This position is responsible for understanding the operations of our business and being in ongoing communication with our departmental managers to ensure "best practices" as it pertains to ways to improve our offerings and execution.

Financial acumen is crucial and a requirement to success (P&L), and while a background in hospitality management education isn't mandatory, it's the checkered flag on showcasing your commitment to excellence in every aspect of our industry.
