Roofing Sales Representative Growth Opportunities
Are you someone who values building genuine connections and is experienced in the roofing industry?
A local construction company is looking for a customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to join their small, established business with a reputation for integrity.
In this role, you’ll engage with the community, inspect roofs, assess damage, and provide estimates.
While 1 year of roofing experience is helpful, it’s not required. All you need is basic knowledge to assess damage.
You'll be instrumental in maintaining and growing relationships with their long-standing customers, with opportunities for career growth and a base salary plus commission!

Roofing Sales Representative Job Duties :
- Engage with customers : Provide excellent service over the phones, email, and in person
- Schedule roofing appointments
- Inspect roofs
- Ensure proper documentation for customers
- Provide estimates, follow ups, and schedule maintenance
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8-5pm, potential for overtime
Roofing Sales Representative Qualifications :
- Ability to communicate verbally and written in English
- 1-year experience in roofing
- Experience in customer service
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay : $16-25 / hr, plus commission
Location : Southside Indianapolis
