Clinical Details
- 11 ORs in Main Hospital, 2 in the Ambulatory Center
- 50 - 60 Patients Per Day
- Comprised of Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endo
- 1 Provider is assigned to OB each day - this will not be a locum
- Practice setting : Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active AZ License or IMLC in Hand
- ACLS, PALS
- Active DEA
- Must be able to produce Case Logs
- Trauma Level 1 and 2 Experience Preferred
- COVID and Flu Vaccine Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
- Must be comfortable with all ages
- Number of Years Experience Required : 1
