You’ll support Newance, NEWaukee, and our clubhouse, The Howie, in Bay View from an administrative perspective on a part-time hourly basis for up to 20 hours / week.
Hours can be flexible but this spot will require a minimum weekly on-site presence in Milwaukee, WI.
Compensation : $20 / hour. Benefits are not available at this time for this position.
The Howie (10%)
Scheduling cleaners, maintenance repairs, or other services
Stocking fridges & groceries as needed
Ordering supplies as needed
Prep for events such as happy hours or other gatherings
Checking mail and unboxing packages
Newance (35%)
Research who is hiring on select job boards (we give the boards / names to look for!)
Preparing contracts and other documents as needed
Data entry / updates as requested
Sending gifts & mail out as needed
NEWaukee (35%)
Picking up printed materials and / or other supplies locally for installations and projects
Source vendors and / or niche purchases as requested
Sending gifts & mail out as needed
Leads and / or community research
Support at events as schedules align
Other (20%)
We’re a small team! We don’t know all of the needs yet but this role is right for someone willing to jump in wherever needed.
Who We're Looking For :
- You're quick and comfortable with technology. You don't need to be an expert in our systems to start but need to be able to learn them fairly independently.
- You like ambiguity and a blend of physical (unpacking boxes, stocking fridges etc.) and computer based work appeals to you.
