Responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, including, but not limited to the reception of students, visitors and guests.
Work closely withy the Assistant Director and / or the Residence Hall Directors to track appointments, produce correspondence and manage files;
formulate a program of training in office procedures for Graduate Resident Assistants, Resident Assistants and Student Office Assistants.
Responsible for meeting many of the administrative-level goals of the department and basic needs of students living in university housing.
Serve as the field representative for other departments (e.g. Boston University Housing, and Facilities Management) by collecting, managing, processing and supplying relevant date.
Required Skills
High School Diploma, B.A. / B.S. preferred, strong administrative skills and one to three years of related experience. A COVER LETTER MUST BE INCLUDED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
This is a 9.7 month (42 weeks) position working August thru May.
