How YOU will make a Difference :

The Technical Program Manager II - Automation will lead and drive automation initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing automation strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our systems and processes.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver impactful results.

What YOU will do :

  • Identify automation opportunities : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas where automation can bring significant value, such as business process automation, RPA, and AI initiatives.
  • Manage automation projects : Oversee the end-to-end execution of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing workflows.
  • Monitor and measure results : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve : Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Promote a culture of automation : Advocate for automation best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success :

  • Bachelors' Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of program and project management experience
  • Experienced using Microsoft Suite, Teams, SmartSheet, Azure DevOps, CRM
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g.,K2, UIPath, AI)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable and effective in communicating across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Skilled at building relationships and moving projects forward with diverse audiences who have competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong leadership skills in keeping projects on schedule

Compensation :

The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $114,000 - $153,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors.

  • Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available. In addition, HMA provides a generous total rewards package for full-time employees that includes : seventeen (IC) days paid time off;
