2 productivity points)- Perform various types of visits including labs / lines, start of care, and others- Provide diverse Point of Care services such as wound care, IV therapy, post-ortho / joint care, and others- Deliver patient education regarding medications, wound care, and ADLs assessments- Perform tasks like trach care, GTube feedings, and teaching- Ensure proficiency in using devices like wound vac, glucometer, PT / INR machines, IV pumps, central lines, and ports- Work collaboratively within a POD of zip codes and a multidisciplinary team- Expected to cover territories within a 40-80 mile radius- Represent professionalism and customer service excellence- Weekend work required every 3rd to 4th weekend as needed
