Job Description

Automation / Controls Engineer opening in an environment investing in new equipment, technology, and people to support demand and drive growth.

Lots of varied production processes and equipment to support in a clean manufacturing environment. We don't need an expert in a specific process or industry, just a sharp engineer happy to learn new processes.

Lots new investments being made including new automated equipment across the facility. It's primarily an Allen-Bradley PLC and Fanuc Robotics environment.

You will support work across capital projects, root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, process design, and more.

Great team to collaborate with and management that empowers engineers to own and drive their own work.

There is strong executive support for Automation Engineering, with new high priced and high speed equipment being purchased, lots of projects to replace & upgrade remaining manual systems, and a team that keeps adding more and more automated systems to support.

Targeting a salary in the $100-120K area (flexible), plus a large annual bonus opportunity (around 15%).

REQUIRED :

  • Strong PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to support that is both on the floor hands-on, and project work from a desk

DESIRED :

  • Engineering or related technology degree
  • Fanuc robotics experience
